ViSalus Pizza Recipe
- 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese or, cheese of choice
- 1/2 Cup of Quick Oats
- 1 Scoop of Vi-Shape Shake Mix
- 3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon of Italian Seasoning or pesto, basil, parsley
- 3 Eggs
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender, roll the blended ingredients into a flat circle onto a baking sheet, pizza paddle or pizza stone and dust the sheet with corn meal
Place the flatten dough into a 400 degree oven for approximately 5 minutes
After the dough is crisp, spread pizza sauce, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan bake until cheese is melted.

Add nuts to preference
Mix eggs, butter, vanilla and applesauce. Mix in dry ingredients. Oil a 9″ pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 min.
